Using the Bee Better Certified Seal
To increase flexibility and ensure you are able to best use the seal to communicate your commitment to pollinator conservation, we developed two tracks for use of the Bee Better Certified Seal. Use of the seal is contingent on meeting the requirements of the Production Standards, receiving verification, and paying a Licensing Fee for the use of the seal. All use of the Seal must comply with our Branding and Trademark Requirements.
Farm Track
This track is available to farmers planning to use the seal on your farm or at a farmers market to sell your crops directly to your customers. It may also be used as part of your CSA marketing. You may label value-added products with the Bee Better Certified Seal, but they may only be sold directly by your operation.
Product Track
This track is designed for products distributed through retailers. The product manufacturer is responsible for paying the licensing fees and ensuring that the product formulation adheres to the Bee Better Labeling Standards.
